Our
Model Yacht Club
is an established part of the Cotswold Sailing Club and is located at
Lake No 9 (Spinnaker Lake) in the picturesque Cotswold Water
Park, near Cirencester.
Members enjoy all the Club facilities including the Clubhouse and Club owned 57 acre lake which is possibly the best model yacht water in the South of England.
Radio Controlled Model Yacht Racing is essentially a competitive sport and the Club is affiliated to the Model Yachting Association. (www.mya-uk.org.uk) The Club runs a series of One Metre class fleet races throughout the year including some one day events. Other classes of yachts are most welcome.
Interested ? then do come and watch, or join in and try one of the yachts. No prior experience is needed - we will show you how.
